Helpful Info

Before you purchase your tickets, here is some helpful info to ensure a great experience : 

• TICKETS : Tickets must be purchased in advance for a specific time and date. Tickets are not available at the door. $22 per person weekdays, $25 per person weekends. Children 2 and under enter free.

• NO LATE ENTRY : Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your reserved time. This is a live show with a specific start time. If you miss your showtime, you will not be able to join your party. No refunds or reschedules for late arrival.

• Tickets can only be rescheduled until the day prior to your scheduled ticket time. Guests must reschedule their own tickets as outlined on our FAQ page and are subject to availability.

• If you are rescheduling from a weekend day (Fri/Sat/Sun) to a weekday (Mon-Thurs), you will not be able to reschedule your own tickets and must email our box office (info@dragonsorlando.com) at least 48 hours before your ticketed time.

• No refunds due to late arrivals or no-shows.

• Due to limited inventory, if you cannot choose enough tickets for your entire party, please choose another date/time that can accommodate your full party.
